PPA was commissioned by CP Advanced Imaging to design a new radiological imaging center in lower Manhattan. The entity occupies the second and third floors of a new building and encompasses 8,000 s.f.. The planned space includes various rooms for diagnostic equipment, including MRI scanner, CR scanner, ultra sound, x-ray equipment, bone densitometry, and mammography.
CP Advanced Imaging is a multi-modality diagnostic imaging center conveniently located in lower Manhattan, easily accessible via public transportation.

PPA was commissioned by Citic Ka Wah Bank (中信銀行(國際) to design a new office space consisting of 4,000 s.f. in a high-rise building in Midtown Manhattan.

Citic’s footprint includes 34 branches in Hong Kong, as well as overseas branches in New York, Los Angeles, Macau and Singapore.

Peter Poon Architects is commissioned by Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Ltd. (中國工商銀行) to design a 13,000 s.f. professional office unit located at a midtown office tower.
Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Ltd. is a leading banking group in China and also one of the largest commercial bank in the world. Industrial and Commercial Bank of China opened its representative office in New York in 1997 and upgraded it to a full branch in 2008.

PPA was commissioned by Bank of East Asia (東亞銀行) to design for the renovation of 2 floors in its New York headquarters building in Lower Manhattan. The project updates and upgrades the branch location’s current banking environment - approximately 4,000 s.f. of space programed for reception, meeting rooms, and offices.
Incorporated in Hong Kong in 1918, The Bank of East Asia, Limited ("BEA") is dedicated to providing comprehensive commercial banking, personal banking, wealth management, and investment services to its customers in Hong Kong, Mainland China, and other major markets around the world.

PPA designed the conversion of the ground and cellar floors of a historic cast-iron building into the showroom of on Italian kitchen/ bath manufacturer. The existing facade of gloss blocks were removed to allow for large panes of clear glass fitted between the classical columns, allowing natural light to penetrate deep into the 4,000 s.f. display area. Light wells were installed along the perimeter glass wall to allow light penetration into the display cellar space.

The site is located in the Lower East Side / Chinatown, under the Manhattan Bridge. The development is bisected by two existing masonry piers supporting the bridge, and is bordered by the Sarah Loeb Playground on the west side. A major promenade is proposed to connect the site features together: the playground acts as a front plaza, welcoming the pedestrians into an outdoor plaza under the bridge and between the proposed buildings, creating an intermediate zone where cultural activities can take place within a historical setting. The total development encompasses 46,000 g.s.f..
